You can find us at Koleth House, which is number 9 in Banaswadi. N T Logistics Incorporation is run from here, and it’s basically a home-turned-office setup. It’s a bit more personal than those big shipping hubs you see at the edge of the city. We have one main room where we track all the shipments and handle the paperwork for the day. Banaswadi is a nice area, though the roads can get pretty narrow for some of the bigger delivery vehicles. We spend most of our time coordinating where things are going and when they’ll get there. There’s always a bit of a mess with manifests and delivery notes on the desks. We try our best to keep everything moving, but sometimes the weather or the heavy traffic through Bangalore makes things difficult. We don't have a huge staff, just a small team of us who know the routes and the drivers quite well. Often, we are on the phone late into the evening making sure a delivery finally made it to its destination. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking everything. We’ve been at Koleth House for a good while, so the neighbors are used to seeing us and the occasional delivery van parked outside. It’s a practical, local business. We don't have fancy logos or big signs, just the work we do every day to get things where they need to go for people.
