The shop is on Sadar Patrappa Road which everyone knows as SP Road. We are located on the 1st Floor of the Dr Ismail Complex at number 40/3. It’s a busy building in a very busy part of the market. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs to find us but they usually don't mind. We mostly deal with power tools of all kinds. The shelves are packed with boxes and there isn't much room to move around once a few customers are inside. We spend a lot of time testing the tools and making sure they are ready to go. We test things first. SP Road is the kind of place where you have to be fast because everyone is in a hurry. We have been in this complex for quite a while now and we know the other shop owners around us. It can get very dusty and loud with all the construction and the traffic downstairs. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just a functional space where we do our business every day. We open up the shutters early and stay until the market starts to wind down in the evening. If you're looking for us just head to Dr Ismail Complex and come up the stairs. We'll be there working behind the counter and checking the new arrivals from the factory. It’s a long day on SP Road but there is always something to do.
