You can find us in Indiranagar, specifically HAL 2nd Stage. The clinic is located at No.3137 on the 7th Main Road, which is a fairly busy part of town. We are right near the ESI Hospital signal, so you can imagine how the traffic gets during peak hours. Usually, we can hear the horns honking from inside if the windows are open. My Doctor Banerjee isn't a massive facility with shiny glass walls. It’s a more grounded place. We have a modest waiting area and the consultation room is where most of the work happens. We deal with all sorts of people who live around here or work in the nearby offices. Some days are slow and we spend time catching up on filing, while other days it’s a constant stream of people coming in. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know how to handle the busy spells. We don't use any complicated systems; we just keep track of appointments and make sure everyone gets seen. It's important to us that we stay local and accessible. The neighborhood has changed a lot with new cafes and shops, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We take care of the basic things, like making sure there's fresh water for everyone and that the space is tidy. It’s just a regular clinic where we do our best to help people out when they aren't feeling well.
