Our location is right in the middle of Madiwala, which anyone in Bengaluru knows is one of the busiest spots you can find. Dealing with MSB and the ICFAI stuff means we see a lot of people coming through the doors every single day. The traffic outside is almost always at a standstill, and the noise of horns is just part of our background music while we work. The office is pretty functional, mostly filled with rows of desks, some computers that have seen better days, and a lot of printed materials stacked up in the corners. We don't really have a lot of time for formalities because there is always someone waiting with a question or a form that needs to be signed. It’s a bit of a cramped space, especially when it rains and everyone tries to crowd inside at once. We spend a lot of time managing schedules and making sure the records are kept straight in the system. The staff here is used to the fast pace of Bangalore life, so we just grab a quick lunch from the stalls nearby and get back to it. There’s no big corporate culture here, just a bunch of people trying to keep the paperwork moving and making sure the phones are answered. It can get a bit overwhelming when the semester changes, but we just take it one day at a time and keep the coffee machine running.
