We are located inside Garuda Mall on Magrath Road, which is a pretty hectic spot in Bangalore. You can find us right next to Kobe Restaurant. Being in a mall means our day starts when the shutters go up and the mall music kicks in. Our space is filled with all sorts of interior pieces and art things we have collected or worked on. It is a lot of shifting frames around and making sure nothing gets broken when the crowds get thick on the weekends. Magrath Road is always blocked with traffic, so we usually see people coming in just to take a break from the heat and the noise outside. The smell of sizzlers from next door is a constant thing here. We don't have a very formal way of doing things. Usually, we are just standing around talking to people about their homes or trying to figure out where to hang a new painting. The lighting in the mall is always the same, so we sometimes lose track of whether it is sunny or raining outside. We have a small corner where we keep our files and a kettle for making tea. It is a busy existence being in a shopping center, but there is always something interesting happening or a new person walking through the door to look at the art.
