Motherson Sumi Systems is located over at Plot 471-D1 on 3rd Main Road in the IV Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. Peenya is a huge place, and it’s easy to get lost if you don't know your way around. Our site is a large industrial setup. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts. It’s a busy environment with a lot of movement. Trucks coming in with materials and leaving with finished goods. We aren't a small corner shop. This is a big operation with lots of machinery and production lines. It can be quite noisy when everything is running at once. We’ve been in this part of Peenya for quite a while now. The roads around here can get pretty congested, especially during shift changes when everyone is trying to get in or out. We don't have a fancy front office for visitors to sit in. Most of the space is used for actual work. We deal with systems and parts that go into other things. It’s complicated work that requires a lot of attention. We have a lot of staff who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside and out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We just focus on keeping the lines moving and making sure things are done right. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place where everyone has a job to do and we just get on with it every single day.
