We are based over in Yeshwanthapura, right on the first floor of Prasad Enclave. It's near the BBMP warehouse area in the industrial estate. Working with hardmetal products keeps us busy most days. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Yeshwanthapura can be a real headache with the traffic, but we've gotten used to it. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and checking on stock. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We try to keep things simple. No big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just handle the hardmetal stuff and try to stay on top of the orders. The second stage of the industrial estate has a lot of energy, and we're right in the thick of it. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We focus on what we know and try not to overcomplicate things. If you’re around the Yeshwanthapura area, you’ve probably passed by our building without even noticing. We're just here doing our thing and making sure the metal pieces get where they need to go.
