Milt Training Foundation

You can find us over at No.P-31, Tarana, which is part of the LIC Row Houses in J P Nagar. We are located in the 1st Phase on 25th Main. Because it is a residential neighborhood, the place feels a lot more like a home than a traditional office or training center. We hold our training sessions here, and they mostly focus on how people talk to each other and how they can lead groups better. It is not like a formal school with a principal or anything like that. It is more about people sitting in a circle and practicing their communication skills. The row houses are generally quiet, which is good when we are trying to focus on a session. We have been in this same spot for a long time now. Sometimes the neighbors see a group of people standing out on the sidewalk chatting during their tea breaks. We don't have a big glowing sign or any fancy decorations on the outside. Most of the people who come here found out about us because a friend or a coworker told them to check it out. The rooms inside are quite simple with just enough chairs and maybe a whiteboard for notes. We usually have some tea or coffee going in the small kitchen for whoever is visiting. It’s a relaxed way to learn things, even if the topics we cover are quite serious. J P Nagar is a nice part of town, though parking can be a bit of a squeeze on the main road.
