Milak Bearings Co Pvt Ltd is up on the first floor at No.11/1. We are right across from Deluxe Roadlines on N R Road. It is near the 4th Cross, which stays pretty busy with trucks and deliveries all day long. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up the stairs, which keeps us in shape I guess. We deal with bearings of all sizes. There are rows and rows of shelves filled with boxes. It gets a little cramped when a new shipment comes in. We’ve been in this part of town for quite some time now. You can usually find us checking inventory or answering the phone. It’s a lot of numbers and sizes to keep track of. Sometimes we mix things up, but we catch it quick. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we know where everything is by heart. It’s mostly just a few of us running the show here. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers since we are upstairs, but the phone stays busy. The traffic on N R Road is loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. No need for anything fancy when you're just moving metal parts around all day. It is just steady, honest work for our small team.
