Micron Precision Plastics

Our place is at 8/P Mahadevapura in the Kapi Dhavj Sector-22 area. It is more of a factory setting than a regular office. We work with plastics and precision molding. The machines are pretty loud, so you have to speak up when you are on the floor. There is always that smell of warm plastic in the air which you get used to after a while. We have stacks of crates and raw materials piled up near the loading dock. It’s a busy environment with people moving around in overalls. We focus on making parts that are exactly the right size. If something is off by a millimeter, it’s no good. So we spend a lot of time checking and re-checking the output. The office part is just a small room with a couple of desks where we handle the orders and shipping. It’s dusty because of the industrial nature of the sector. We take our breaks outside when the weather is nice just to get away from the machine noise for a bit. Some of the equipment is old but it still works perfectly fine for what we need. We don't have a big sign out front, just the unit number. It’s hard work and it’s usually quite hot inside during the summer months. We just keep the production lines moving and try to stay on schedule with our deliveries. It’s a straightforward manufacturing job for us. No fluff, just production.
