Micro Moulds & Plastics

We have been here in Peenya for a good while now. Our shop is located at C-206 on 4th Cross, which is right in the middle of the 1st Stage industrial estate. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise and movement every day. We mostly spend our time dealing with plastic parts and making the various moulds that are needed for them. It started out quite small, just a couple of us and some basic machines. Now the floor is a bit more crowded with equipment, but we still handle things in much the same way. We spend many hours checking the shapes and making sure the plastic comes out like it should. People usually drop by when they need a specific part made or have a sketch they want turned into something solid. We do not have a fancy office or a lobby with chairs. Usually, there is a bit of a mess from the work and the smell of warm plastic in the air. If you walk down the lane, you will find us easily enough. Sometimes it gets pretty hectic when we have a large order to finish by a certain date, but we just keep working until it is done. We try to keep our tools organized, though it does not always stay that way during a busy shift. It is just a lot of manual work and paying attention to the small details that matter for the final product.
