Working at Menzies Aviation Bobba Pvt Ltd means we are right out by the Bangalore International Airport. Specifically, we are at the junction of Military Road and Andheri East, Plot No - C-04L. It’s a very different vibe from being in the city center. There is a lot of space, but it’s also very loud with the planes and the heavy logistics trucks constantly moving around. Our site is busy at all hours. Aviation doesn't really stop, so someone is always here. The plot is mostly functional, designed for moving goods and keeping things organized for transport. It’s a lot of concrete and metal, very practical. We wear a lot of high-visibility gear and spend a fair amount of time outdoors or in the large hangar-style areas. The sun can be quite brutal out here since there isn't much shade around the airport perimeter. We have a small office area where we do the paperwork and check the schedules, but most of the real action happens out on the floor. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. The focus is just on the logistics and making sure everything is where it needs to be on time. It’s a tough job with long hours, but the people here are used to the pace and the noise. We just keep our heads down and get the cargo moving.
