Melco Precision Pvt Ltd

Our office for Melco Precision Pvt Ltd is located at 100/5 Basaveshwara Nagar on Apte Road. We are up on the second floor of the Keerthi Apartment building. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s quiet enough once you get inside. We have been working out of this space for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit different than being in the city center. We spend our days focusing on the precision work that needs to get done. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows each other well. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just the address and our name on the door. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the other residents in the apartment, but we’ve mostly sorted that out by now. The windows look out over the street, so we can see when the rain starts. It’s a practical setup for what we need. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Most of the time, we are just sitting at the desks or checking on the latest project. It’s a steady kind of life here. We usually close up early in the evening and head home like everyone else on Apte Road. It suits us just fine. Sometimes we grab a tea from the shop downstairs before we leave for the day to avoid the peak rush.
