Mehta Tools Corporation

Mehta Tools Corporation is located at 159/6 Sadar Patrappa Road, which is quite close to the City Market area. It's a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of energy and noise outside our doors. We’ve been here for a good while, dealing in all kinds of tools that people need for their shops and construction sites. The building is older, and our space is pretty much filled to the ceiling with inventory. If you walk in, you’ll see stacks of boxes and tools hanging on the walls. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. We know where the wrenches are and where the specialty drills are kept. We spend most of our time helping people who come in from the market or the surrounding streets. They usually have a specific problem they are trying to fix, and they need a tool to do it. We don't go in for any big corporate talk or polished presentations. We are just regular people who know a lot about tools. Sometimes we sit and have a cup of tea with the regulars when things are a bit quiet. Dealing with the traffic around City Market is always a challenge, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We like being in the heart of the trade area where we can see everything that’s going on every day.
