Meenakshi Logistics

Meenakshi Logistics is based at 4 New Timberyard Layout, inside Telecom Colony. It is a bit of a dusty area because of all the wood and trucks moving around. We have been operating from this New Timber Yard Layout spot for some time. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork. There are always trucks coming in and going out, mostly carrying heavy loads. The road here isn't the smoothest, especially after a heavy downpour when the mud gets everywhere. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to drivers about routes. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in old clothes because of the grease and dirt. The neighbor next door runs a similar setup. We share some space for parking when things get crowded. You can hear the engines idling from early morning. We just focus on getting things from one place to another without too much fuss. Being in Telecom Colony makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the layout. We have a few old fans that make a lot of noise but they keep the air moving. It is a practical place. We don't do much decorating. The walls have some calendars and old maps pinned up. That is pretty much all there is to see around here most days.
