We are based in Jayanagar, at 1283. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache some days. Being in medical services means we deal with a lot of different things. Sometimes it is equipment, sometimes it's helping people figure out what they need for their clinics. It’s a small office mostly. We’ve been at this for a bit. We don't really have a big fancy lobby. It's just a place where we get the work done. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or out visiting sites. Jayanagar is a big place, so we end up moving around a lot. We started this because there was a need for it. Not much to it besides that. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us sitting at desks piled with paperwork. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. The address is pretty straightforward to find if you know the blocks around here. We just try to keep things running. No big corporate talks or anything like that. Just regular people working in healthcare support. Some of us have been here since the start. It gets busy, especially in the afternoons. We handle whatever comes our way. It's just a standard business day for us. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is nearest the door just gets up to help.
