Our place is over on 11th Cross, right off Kalkere Main Road in Ramamurthynagar. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. The building is at number 72. It is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a regular brick and mortar setup where we spend our days. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, which helps when the rain starts and the roads get messy. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other without having to get up. There is always a lot of chatter about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. We keep a kettle in the corner for coffee and tea because we need it to keep going through the afternoon. The windows look out onto the street, so we see everyone passing by throughout the day. It is a good spot because we are close to some decent lunch places. We do not really do big corporate things here. It is just a bunch of us trying to stay on top of the work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff delivered, but we manage to find space. People usually just drop by if they need something. It is a local feel, and we like it that way. We just keep things steady and simple.
