Maxon Motor India

Maxon Motor India is based at Niran Arade, specifically in units 563 and 564. This is over in the RMV 2nd Stage area, right on New Bel Road. It’s a decent spot with a lot of shops and cafes nearby, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite. The building itself is easy enough to spot once you get onto New Bel Road. We have been working out of these rooms for some time. The office is basically just desks, computers, and people trying to stay busy. We don’t have any of those modern glass walls or bean bags you see in magazines. It’s a very straightforward environment. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on the Bangalore traffic, but that is just part of living here. Most of our day is spent answering emails or looking at schedules. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up and do the work that is required. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first arrived, with new places popping up every month. But inside our four walls, things stay pretty much the same. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is a practical space for a team that just wants to get things done without any extra fuss. It’s just us and the daily grind of running things.
