Mathrushree Hospital

Mathrushree Hospital is out at 930 S No 198 on the NH-4. We are right by the Sondekoppa Bypass in the Nelamangala area. Since we are near the highway, we get a lot of different people coming in, not just folks who live right here in Nelamangala. The location is convenient for anyone traveling on the main road who might need help suddenly. The building is quite visible from the road, so it is hard to miss. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty typical for a hospital. We have got the usual white walls and the smell of antiseptic everywhere. There is a lot of coming and going throughout the day and night. Our staff works in shifts, and there is always someone around the front desk to talk to. We handle everything from small scrapes to more serious things that require someone to stay in a bed for a while. The waiting area has some chairs that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a place where medical work happens every day. The noise from the highway is a constant background sound, but you stop noticing it after a while. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We see families from the village and drivers passing through, all mixed together in the hallway.
