Mathaji Paints & Hardware

Mathaji Paints & Hardware is situated on Banneraghatta Road right near Bannappa Park. We are also opposite M G Marketing and not too far from the Pariwar Palace Apartments which makes it easy for the neighbors to find us when they need something for their homes. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of things like plastic pipes, heavy hammers, and hundreds of different paint cans. It is a bit of a squeeze to walk through the aisles because we try to keep everything someone might ask for in stock. You will usually find us mixing colors or looking for a specific size of screw that a customer has brought in as a sample. The dust from the hardware side sometimes settles on the paint lids but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find stuff quickly. Being near the park is nice because there is a bit of green to look at when the road gets too dusty from the construction nearby. We get a lot of people coming in who are doing their own repairs at home and they usually have a lot of questions about which brush or tool is better for the job. We just give them the honest truth about what we have on the shelves. It is a busy little spot and there is rarely a quiet moment during the day.
