If you know the neighborhood, it's a pretty easy place to find. We handle a lot of different machines and gadgets that people bring in. Usually, the workshop is a bit of a mess with tools and spare parts everywhere, but we know where everything is. This is not a showroom where everything is shiny and perfect. It’s a working space where things actually get fixed. Because we have been doing this for a long time, we’ve seen just about every kind of breakdown you can imagine. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we’d like because a part is hard to find, but we do what we can. We aren't a big chain store with uniforms and scripts. Talking to people like neighbors and telling them what’s wrong with their appliances is how we handle things. Most of our days are spent with a screwdriver in hand or looking under the hood of a washing machine. Greasy work is just part of it. It’s satisfying to see something work again after it was broken.
