We are based out of Manish Park, near the pump house in Andheri East, though the business has ties over in the Bommasandra industrial area too. It's a bit of a spread-out operation for us. Mostly, we deal with concrete plants and all the heavy machinery that goes along with that kind of industry. It's not exactly quiet work. Dealing with concrete equipment means things get dusty and the sun can be pretty brutal when we are out on sites checking things. Our team is a mix of guys who have been in the construction industry for a long time and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. We spend a lot of time looking at parts and making sure the mixing units are running okay. It’s a lot of logistics, moving big pieces of equipment from one place to another. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like a truck being late or a specific part taking forever to arrive, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's practical work for people who need things built. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just run the business from the office here at 5B and keep an eye on the technical side of the concrete plants. It’s steady work, and we’ve been at it for a good bit now. Most days we're just checking inventories and talking to the site guys about their schedules.
