Marudhar Exports

Marudhar Exports is right in the middle of Old Tharagupet, on the second floor of the PGR Complex at No. 1. If you know this area, you know it is always packed with people and carts moving goods around. It’s an old part of town and our building has that lived-in feel to it. We don't have an elevator, so we get plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs all day. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people chatting. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things, making sure stuff gets from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to various agents. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but it’s just part of being in Tharagupet. We keep our overhead low and don't bother with fancy furniture or decorations. A few desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets are all we really need. We don't really do marketing; our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. It's a very traditional way of doing things, I suppose. We show up early, do the work, and head home when it’s done. There’s no secret to it, just staying on top of the details.
