Mansys Consulting Services is right in the heart of things on M G Road. We are at No 18/11, on the first floor near Trinity Circle. Being near Ramanashree Arcade means there is always something going on outside our windows. M G Road is iconic in Bangalore, and we have been part of this landscape for some time now. We do consulting, which means a lot of different things depending on the day. Mostly, it is about helping businesses manage their systems and their people better. We do not have any fancy mission statements. We just show up and look at the problems our clients are facing. Sometimes it is about software, sometimes it is about people. The office is a bit of a squeeze because space is tight in this part of town, but we make it work. It is a busy atmosphere. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. We get all kinds of visitors, from people just starting out to those who have been running companies for years. We just try to offer a sensible perspective. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The traffic at Trinity Circle can be a nightmare during rush hour, but that is just part of being in the city. We are just a small team here on the first floor, keeping busy and doing our part. It is a good place to work.
