If you’ve ever been down to KR Market, you know how crowded it gets on Sadar Patrappa Road. Our place, Mannan, is right in the middle of all that chaos in the new complex near SKR Market. It’s a fast-paced spot. There are always people hauling boxes and trucks trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. We’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn't even bother us anymore. We mostly sell various supplies that people in the city need for their own shops or projects. It’s a lot of lifting, counting, and making sure the stock is where it should be. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stack things high up to the ceiling. You have to be careful when you're walking around so you don't trip over a crate or a bucket. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just find us by walking through the market or hearing about us from another vendor. It’s an honest way to make a living. We see all sorts of people every day, from big contractors to guys just looking for a single spare part. Every day is a bit different, but the work stays the same. We open up early when the market is just waking up and stay until the sun is long gone. It's tiring but it’s what we do.
