You can find us at 98 Opposite Leela Palace Rd in Kodihalli. It’s a bit of a landmark because it’s right across from that well-known hotel. The road outside is almost always busy with cars and bikes, but we’ve got our own space here. It’s a large facility with many floors and a lot of different wards. We have people working in every corner of the building, from the basement up to the top. The lobby is usually the busiest part, with people checking in or waiting for their appointments. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but medicine takes time. Our staff is used to the fast pace. We have regular rooms and some that are more for intensive care. The walls are mostly plain, and we keep the floors polished. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend much time on decorations; we just focus on the medical equipment and the patient files. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped, especially on Monday mornings. We have a small area where you can get tea or a snack while you wait. It’s a community-focused place where we see neighbors and people from further out. We just do the work that’s required, making sure the shifts are covered and the beds are ready. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it simple and straightforward for everyone who walks through the doors near Leela Palace Road.
