Manipal Hospitals

Our hospital is right on Old Airport Road. It’s one of those buildings that everyone recognizes when they drive past. We’ve been operating here for a long time, and the building has grown over the years. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it, with different departments tucked away on different floors. We have signs everywhere to help people find their way, but sometimes you still have to ask the staff for directions. The atmosphere is usually quite serious because of the nature of what we do. People are here for all sorts of reasons, some small and some pretty big. We have a lot of nurses who spend their whole shifts on their feet. The waiting rooms have those TVs that are usually muted or playing the news. It’s a place where things happen around the clock. Even in the middle of the night, there are lights on and people working. We try to keep the equipment in good shape and the rooms as comfortable as a hospital room can be. There’s a lot of hand sanitizer stations everywhere you look. We aren’t about flashy advertisements; we just provide a place for people to come when they have health issues. It’s a busy, functional building that serves the people in this part of town. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to make sure everything is handled the right way for every person who comes in.
