Manipal Hospital

Our place is located in Rustom Bagh. If you live around here, you probably know where it is. It’s a big building where a lot happens every single day. We have various departments spread across the floors. You’ll find people waiting in the hallways or talking to the staff at the front desk. It’s a functional space, meant for taking care of whatever health stuff comes up. The rooms are basic, with the usual hospital beds and monitors. We keep the lights bright and the floors swept. It isn’t always the most exciting job, but it’s important work. Sometimes the elevators take a minute because so many people use them. We see families coming in together, sometimes looking a bit worried, and we just try to get them where they need to go. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a lot of employees trying to stay on top of their schedules. We have a cafeteria downstairs that gets pretty crowded around lunch. The noise of the city stays outside mostly, once you get past the main doors. It’s a steady rhythm of checking charts and moving carts around. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we’re used to the flow of people. Whether it’s a rainy Tuesday or a sunny weekend, the doors stay open. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here in the middle of Rustom Bagh. We don't make a fuss, we just stay busy.
