Our place is at No. 430-431, 12th Cross, 4th Phase in the Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial estate, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the factories around us. Manav Marketing (P) Ltd. has been here for a good while. We mostly deal with distribution and marketing of various industrial products. Our warehouse takes up most of the space. It’s full of shelves and pallets. We have a small office area where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s a busy environment. We’re always loading or unloading something. The guys in the warehouse know where everything is, even if it looks messy to anyone else. We don't have a lot of frills here. The air conditioning in the office is a bit temperamental, and the furniture is mismatched. We focus more on getting the orders out on time than on how the lobby looks. Peenya is a tough place to navigate sometimes because of the trucks, but we’re used to it. We have a small team of drivers and office staff. We all pitch in when a big shipment arrives. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just a working warehouse. We keep track of our inventory on an old computer system that works well enough. We show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a straightforward business and that’s how we like it.
