Me Machine

We are located at 7 Cross, right by the Abhinaya Apartment. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a machine business, but it works for us. Me Machine is mostly just a few of us and our equipment squeezed into a space that we’ve made our own over the years. You can hear the machines whirring if you walk past the apartment building. We do a lot of small-scale mechanical work and parts. It’s the kind of place where you can walk in with a broken piece of metal and we can figure out how to fix it or make a new one. The walls are lined with tools that have been there forever. We don’t have a website or a marketing person. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know what we do. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials delivered, but we manage to find a place for everything eventually. We drink our coffee in the small gap between the workbench and the door. It’s a quiet life, mostly focused on the precision of the cuts and the sound of the lathe. We aren't looking to grow into some huge factory. We like being right here near the residents where things feel a bit more personal. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is.
