Down in Peenya 3rd Phase, specifically at No. 3, 117/C on 9th A Cross, you’ll find Mallavee Global Manufacturing. This part of Ganapathy Nagara is packed with manufacturing units, and we are just one of many. We do a lot of different production tasks here on our floor. It’s a decent-sized space but we keep it filled with equipment and raw materials. Usually, there is a lot of noise from the machines and people moving crates around. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate meetings. Most of our day is spent making sure the production line isn't jammed and that things are moving out to the trucks on time. Peenya is a big industrial hub, so competition is everywhere, but we just focus on our own tasks. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we have a local crew that knows the ropes. We don't spend money on advertising or making the front of the building look like a showroom. It looks like a factory because that is exactly what it is. Sometimes we have to stay late to hit a deadline, which is pretty common in this line of work. It’s not glamorous, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy.
