Malathi Poly Clinic

The clinic is up on the first floor at 281/B on 10th Main, right in the heart of the 2nd Block in Srinivas Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but most people don't mind it once they get used to the routine. Being on the 10th Main means we have a good view of the street life below, which can be quite entertaining during the evening rush. The poly clinic is set up to handle a variety of things, so we have different little rooms for different needs. The layout is a bit cramped because we’ve tried to fit a lot into the space, but it works well enough for us. We have a small reception area where the chairs are squeezed in next to each other. The walls have some old posters about health that have been there since we opened. We see everyone from elderly folks from the neighborhood to young professionals who live in the new apartments nearby. Srinivas Nagar is a busy area, and we’re right in the middle of it. The staff is just a handful of people who handle the phones, the cleaning, and the patient records. We don't use any fancy management software; it’s mostly just us keeping track of who is coming and going. It’s a practical, local spot for the residents here to get checked out without having to travel too far across the city for basic care.
