We are located in J. P Nagar, specifically in the 1st Phase area of Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know that J. P Nagar is a pretty established place with a lot going on. Our Mahindra Mahindra office here isn't anything too crazy. It’s just a functional space where we handle our daily business. The traffic on the way to 1st Phase can be a nightmare some days, so we’ve all become experts at finding shortcuts or just leaving early. The office itself has a simple layout. We have a few desks and a small meeting area that we use when people come in. It’s mostly about getting through the to-do list every day. We don't really go for those modern office trends like bean bags or open floor plans. It’s just a standard place to work. We like the local food joints around here; there are some great spots for a quick lunch. The vibe in the office is pretty relaxed but we stay focused on the tasks. Being in Bangalore, everything feels like it’s moving fast, but we try to keep things steady here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything fancy. We just know what needs to be done for the company and we do it. It’s a good team and we’ve been at this J. P Nagar spot long enough to feel like part of the furniture.
