Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College For Women has been a part of Malleswaram for a long time. We are situated right on 18 Cross, near the Sign Co building. It’s a busy area of Bengaluru, and you’ll often see students crowded around the gates in the morning. The place has an old-school feel to it, which we don't mind. We spend our days mostly dealing with the usual administrative tasks and making sure the classrooms are ready for the lectures. The staff here are just regular people, some have been here for decades. We don't have a fancy corporate office or a polished marketing team. It's more about the daily grind of keeping things running. Sometimes the traffic on 18 Cross gets a bit much, and the noise from the mall nearby drifts in, but we've gotten used to it. We keep the library stocked as much as we can and try to fix the desks when they break. It’s not a perfect setup, and things can get a bit disorganized during the admission season, but we manage to get through it every year. We are just a local college for women, doing our thing in this corner of Karnataka. It’s a simple life here, focused on the students who come through our doors. Most of them live nearby, so it feels like a real neighborhood spot. We just keep the doors open and do the work. It's a steady routine for everyone who works here.
