Mahadeshwara Driving School

We set up Mahadeshwara Driving School over on Central Jail Road, specifically at number 284 in the Siddappa Building. It’s right on Hosa Road in Electronic City. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic is around here. We spend most of our time out on the roads with students who are trying to learn how to drive without getting too nervous. Our office is just a small room in the building where we keep the registers and take the fees. We have a couple of cars that we use for the lessons. They aren't the newest cars on the road, but they are kept in good working order for learners. It’s a lot of patience, sitting in the passenger seat all day. We start early in the morning when the roads are a bit quieter, but even then, it’s a challenge. My brother and I started this because we knew the area well. We don't have any fancy brochures or big ads. Most people just walk in because they see our cars with the big red 'L' on them. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep it decent. We just teach the basics and help people get their paperwork ready for the license. It’s a basic business and we like it that way. No big corporate talk, just teaching people to drive.
