Tannins Flower Exports is situated at No. 14 on the ground floor. We are on the 8th Cross in Maruti Nagar, which is part of the Madiwalla area. It’s a very busy neighborhood, especially with the flower markets nearby. We deal with sending flowers to different places. It’s a job that requires us to be awake when most people are sleeping. The flowers arrive early, and we have to sort them, pack them, and get them to the airport or the docks quickly. The ground floor space is practical because we don't have to carry heavy crates up any stairs. It’s often cool inside to keep the blooms fresh. There’s usually a bit of a mess with stems and leaves on the floor, but that’s just part of the day. We aren’t a corporate giant. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about flowers and how to keep them alive during travel. Madiwalla is a bit chaotic sometimes with all the buses and traffic, but it’s the right place for us to be. We’ve been at this 8th Cross location for a good bit now. We don't do much marketing; we just focus on the quality of what we ship out. It’s a lot of pressure because flowers don’t last long, so we have to be efficient every single day. We just keep working through the early mornings to get everything shipped out on time.
