Our place is at 201 Serpentine Road, which is right in the middle of the MIDC Area. It is a typical industrial spot, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the factories nearby. We handle things for Maco Corporation India, mostly dealing with industrial supplies and equipment that people need for their plants. The building isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we keep our records and talk to customers. Working in MIDC means we are used to the heavy trucks rolling by all day long. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a long time. We spend most of our mornings sorting out the paperwork and making sure the shipments are ready to go. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it is important for the businesses we work with. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the heat, but we make do with what we have. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations or anything like that. We just focus on the items we have in the warehouse and getting them to the people who ordered them. It's a straightforward way to earn a living. We like the routine of it and the fact that we know our way around this industrial zone pretty well.
