Machine Elements

You can find Machine Elements over at No. 48 in the Iind Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone like Peenya means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. It’s a dusty place sometimes, with trucks coming in and out all day long. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. Our day usually starts pretty early because that’s when the area starts waking up. We don’t have any polished floors or corporate art on the walls. It’s mostly just tools, parts, and the smell of metal. Working in the Iind Phase keeps us busy because there are so many other shops nearby. We often end up helping each other out or just chatting about the heat. It’s a practical kind of life. We focus on the parts we need to make or fix. There’s no secret to how we work; we just take the orders as they come and try to get them out the door on time. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon getting it back up, but that’s just part of being in the industrial sector. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the work at Machine Elements is done by hand or with the machines on the floor. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine for now. We just stay focused on the tasks.
