Maatha Automatics

We are located over in Nagarbhavi 2nd Stage, right behind St Yash Public School. It can be a little tricky to find Maatha Automatics the first time if you don't know the 8th Cross in Bydarahalli well, but we've been at 219 for a good bit now. Being near a school means it’s pretty quiet during class hours and then gets really busy when the kids leave. We handle automatic parts and machine work here. It’s a lot of sitting at the benches and making sure everything is aligned right. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and materials. Most of us grew up around this part of Kempegowdanagar or nearby in Vishwaneedam Post. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we have to deal with the power going out or parts arriving late, but we just manage. It’s not like those big factories where nobody knows your name. Here, we see the same faces every week. We take the work as it comes and try to be fair with everyone. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If an order is due, we stay until it’s done. That’s just the way it goes here. It keeps us busy and the lights on. It’s decent work and we’re glad to be doing it right here in the neighborhood.
