Maaruti Dental College is situated right on Hulimavu Tank Band Road. It’s a bit of a long address if you’re trying to write it down, being off Bannerghatta Road in the BTM 6th Stage area of Bengaluru. The campus is always buzzing with students wearing their white coats, walking between the clinics and the classrooms. It’s a busy atmosphere here in Kammanhalli. We have the dental chairs set up where students learn the practical side of things. It can get a bit clinical and smells like antiseptic most of the time, which is expected for a place like this. The hallways are usually filled with people talking about their next exam or a patient they just saw. We’ve got a lot of equipment that needs constant upkeep, and sometimes things break down and we have to wait for the repairman to show up. It’s not a quiet library type of place; there’s always the sound of drills or people calling out names. The stairs are a bit worn out from all the foot traffic over the years.
