This location for R S A S is at Laviv-Villa, which is tucked away right behind the Rama Temple in K. G. Halli. This is the Jalahalli West part of Bangalore, and it is a much quieter area than the city center. Being so close to the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers, which actually makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. The villa is an old building and we have taken over a few of the rooms to use as our office. It feels like working in a home rather than a business, which we actually prefer. We have our computers and files spread out across a couple of rooms. The lanes around here are quite narrow, so parking can be a bit of a challenge if someone comes to visit. We only have a few people working at this spot, so it never gets too crowded or noisy inside. We spend most of our time keeping up with the daily administration and making sure our records are in order. It is a very steady and quiet kind of work. We do not have any fancy furniture or glass partitions. It is just plain desks and chairs in an old house. We enjoy the local feel of the neighborhood and the fact that we are a bit hidden away from the main roads. It is a nice, practical place to get things done.
