Our workshop is at number 13 in the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know Peenya then you know it is all about manufacturing and hard work. It is a bit of a gritty place with lots of trucks and noise all day long. We have been in this spot for a few years now doing precision technical work. It is a small setup with just a few machines and a couple of us working together. We started this because we had the skills and wanted to see if we could make it on our own. It has not always been easy especially when the bills come due or a client is late with a payment. We spend most of our time focused on the machines and making sure every part is right. There is not much in the way of decoration in our shop. We have a small table for tea and a desk covered in papers and drawings. It is a real working environment and we are usually covered in some kind of grease by noon. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do the work and get it out the door so we can move on to the next one. The neighbors are mostly other small workshops like ours and we help each other out with spare parts or advice. It is just how things go here in Peenya. We stay busy and keep at it.
