Working at S B 47 in the Peenya Industrial Area means you’re right in the thick of it. We are on the 1st cross of the 1st stage, right next to the PIA Bhavan. If you know Peenya, you know that building. M M Heat Treaters is all about the grit and the heat of the industrial life. It’s loud, it’s hot, and there is always something humming or clanging in the background. We aren't the type of people to sit in fancy suits or clean offices. Usually, our clothes are a bit stained and we’re sweating by noon because of the furnaces. The 1st stage is always buzzing with activity, trucks coming in and out, and people rushing around to meet deadlines. It can be exhausting, but there is a certain rhythm to it that you get used to after a while. Being next to PIA Bhavan is handy because everyone knows where that is when they are looking for us. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, watching other workshops come and go as the years pass. We just keep our machines running and focus on the work at hand. There isn't any marketing team here, just us doing the jobs that need doing. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on decor or nice furniture because that wouldn't make sense for what we do. We just stay busy and try to keep things moving. It’s a hard day’s work every day, but that’s what we do.
