M I Core Services

You can find us at M I Core Services on the second floor of 28 Lalbagh Road. We are on Alandi Road, right opposite the new Passport Office. That location means there is always a crowd outside our building. People are constantly rushing around with folders and photographs. Up here on the second floor, it’s a bit quieter, but we still keep very busy. We handle various service tasks and paperwork for people who don't have the time to do it themselves. It’s a lot of data entry, checking forms, and making sure everything is filed in the right place. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of tea. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren’t feeling fit, but it’s worth it to get away from the noise of the street for a bit. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors. Some are stressed about their documents and others just need a bit of help understanding the process. We just sit down with them and go through things one by one. It’s simple, steady work. We don’t make big promises, we just do the job that’s in front of us. Being near the passport office keeps us busy because there’s always someone needing something done nearby.
