We are located at Sri Bhagyalakshmi Complex on Kanakapura Road. The shop is on the first floor, number 260. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background. We sell all kinds of lubricants and spare parts for vehicles. The shelves are packed with cans of oil and boxes of filters. It’s a bit cramped, honestly. There is always a faint smell of grease and chemicals in the air, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our customers are local mechanics or guys who like to fix their own bikes. They come in looking for a specific part, and we spend time digging through the stock to find it. We don't have a computer system that tells us exactly where everything is; we just know where we put things. It’s a hands-on business. My hands are usually a bit oily from handling the bottles. We get busy in the mornings when people are dropping off their cars for service nearby. We keep a small kettle for tea in the back. The complex has other shops too, so there are always people coming and going. It’s not a fancy place, but we have what people need to keep their engines running. We stay open until late evening most days. It’s just honest work, selling parts and talking to people about their cars or trucks.
