M D S Machine Tools is based at 535 Peenya Industrial Area. You can find us on 20Th B Main in the 1St R Block. Peenya is a massive place, and our block is just one small part of the engine that keeps things going. Our shop at 535 is where we spend the bulk of our lives. It’s a functional space, mostly filled with the heavy equipment we use every day. The walls are painted a dull grey, and there are posters from old trade shows peeling off in the corner. We don't spend much money on decorating. We’d rather spend it on keeping the tools in good shape. It’s a noisy environment, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small sink in the back for washing up, and a stack of crates that we sometimes use as chairs when we’re tired. 20Th B Main is usually crowded with delivery vans and workers on their lunch breaks. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shop owners on the block. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We just focus on the tasks at hand and don’t worry too much about the rest. The address might be just a number on a map to some, but to us, it’s where everything happens. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
