You can find Lotus Medical Centre on 1st Cross in Vignana Nagar. We are right opposite the new bus stop, which makes it very easy for people to tell their friends where we are. It’s a handy location since the bus drops people off almost at our door. The center stays quite busy throughout the day. We see a lot of different people—some coming from the nearby apartments and others who might be just hopping off the bus. The building is a standard one for this part of Bangalore. Inside, it’s just a regular medical center with a desk and some chairs for waiting. We handle various health issues that people bring to us. Sometimes it’s just a quick checkup, other times it’s more involved. The staff here is mostly local, so there is a lot of Kannada and English being spoken around the place. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just a practical space for medical work. The area around the bus stop can get pretty crowded during peak hours, but it’s a good spot to be in.
