Our place is located in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 486C on the 14th Cross in the 4th Phase. If you know Peenya, you know it is a lot of factories and machines everywhere. Leitz Tooling Systems India is right in the middle of all that noise and activity. Inside, it smells like metal and oil most days. We have various tools and equipment lying around because that is what we deal with. It is a functional space. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy with the actual work to worry about that right now. We have a small group of people who know their way around the machinery and the technical specs. It is not a quiet office. There is always the sound of something being moved or a machine running somewhere in the back. We get deliveries coming in and out of the gate throughout the week. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the 14th Cross when it gets crowded. We just keep our heads down and handle the tooling stuff that comes our way. It is a lot of manual checking and making sure things are right. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just a part of this industrial zone, doing the work that needs doing. It is a bit dusty, but that is expected in this line of work. We just get on with it.
