Leadmi- Marketing Automation Platform

We are based over in HSR Layout in Bengaluru. It’s a pretty active part of the city, lots of things happening all at once. Our team works on the Leadmi platform from here. It’s mostly computers and coffee around our desks. Bengaluru is a fast place, but we try to keep our heads down and just focus on the software. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. It's just an office where we spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out how to make the automation work better. The traffic in HSR can be a real headache in the evenings, so some of us stay late just to avoid the rush. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work sometimes. It’s a decent enough space with some plants that we try not to forget to water. Most of our days are spent fixing bugs or talking to people about how the platform functions. It’s not glamorous, just a lot of typing and thinking. We like the local food stalls nearby for a quick snack during the day. It’s a regular office environment, nothing like those fancy tech campuses you see in movies. We just do our bit and go home. We enjoy the work, even when the internet goes slow or the power cuts out for a minute.
