If you know Kalasipalyam, you know how tight the streets are. Our shop is in the Shashikala Building on the first floor. It’s a bit of a climb with heavy mining tools, but we’ve managed it for a long time. The New Extension Main Street is always packed with carts and people, so getting deliveries in and out is a bit of a headache every single morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about drills and bits for mining projects. The tools we have are heavy and take up a lot of room, so the first floor layout is a bit crowded. There’s always some dust from the street coming in through the windows. We keep a small crew here and everyone knows where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to someone walking in for the first time. Dealing with mining equipment means things are built tough, so nothing here is fragile. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door and a lot of steel inside. Sometimes the stairs are a pain when we have to move a large order, but it’s just part of the job. Most people who come here have been buying from us for years and they know the drill. We just focus on keeping the stock ready and the orders moving.
